1. 潔面後，先用化妝水整理肌膚，再取出面膜，以雙眼為基準，對準位置敷上面膜。

2. 將提拉線往上拉提，從下巴往上固定，使面膜緊密貼合於肌膚。

3. 敷約10至20分鐘後取下面膜，輕拍剩餘精華，使其吸收。
